The Goldcrest Leadership Pathway (GLP) is a transformative 12-month development journey designed specifically for high-potential leaders in financial services.

Combining business insight, behavioural science and industry expertise, it equips participants with the mindset, resilience and leadership capability needed to step confidently into senior roles.

Programme Structure

The Goldcrest Leadership Pathway is a 12-month offsite programme with small cohorts of up to 16 high-potential participants from the financial services sector.  

Running throughout the programme detailed below are ‘The GLP Golden Threads’ that are designed to sustain momentum and help strengthen application of the modular learning. They constitute personal journalling, leadership challenges and peer mentoring and include themes of time, culture, wellbeing and taking action.

Pre-Programme

Kick-off meeting with sponsor and participant to ensure a successful launch and create a personal development plan.

Phase 1 – Leading Self (includes two modules over a two-day residential session)

How to build awareness, manage pressure and strengthen resilience.

Phase 2 – Leading Others (includes two modules in two separate one-day sessions)

How to create high-performing teams through trust, empowerment and coaching.

Phase 3 – Leading the Business (includes two modules in two separate one-day sessions)

How to sharpen decision-making, align strategy and explore leading change.

Capstone Event (includes 1 half-day module)

Presentation day and celebratory dinner to consolidate learning and identify further actions.
