Charlotte Housden is a respected coaching psychologist and leadership development expert with specialist expertise in behavioural change and executive performance.
Charlotte brings over 30 years’ experience leading internal leadership development functions for financial services organisations and running client behavioural change programmes whilst at KPMG, PA Consulting and other independent consultancies. Charlotte has worked for, or supported, financial services organisations such as Barclays, RBS, Lloyds Bank, Santander, AIG, AXA, Lloyd’s of London, QBE and Royal London.
At Goldcrest Partners, Charlotte contributes to our Senior Talent Development activities, which include both in-house and open enrolment workshops and programmes. She also provides one-to-one executive coaching for senior leaders and executive committee members, helping them shift thinking, drive positive cultures within teams and focus on sustainable change.
Charlotte’s approach is rooted in her deep knowledge of psychology and behavioural change combined with her practical experience within the financial services sector.
Charlotte is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a Diploma in Coaching Psychology. She is also a published author on personal change and a Certified Principal Business Psychologist.
Clemmie Vaughan

Clemmie Vaughan is an accomplished leadership advisor and former Group CEO with deep-rooted expertise in executive coaching, organisational leadership and strategic development.
Clemmie’s career spans more than 15 years in investment management. As Group CEO of Ruffer LLP from 2017 to 2021, she oversaw a period of significant transformation – growing assets under management, expanding the firm’s international presence, digitising operations and leading a team of 350 people. Prior to and alongside her leadership role, she maintained an active portfolio management remit, investing globally across different mandates and asset classes.
At Goldcrest Partners, Clemmie is one of our investor coaches and part of the team that delivers our flagship Developing Investment Excellence programme. She also provides advisory and senior executive coaching to CEOs and C-Suite members.

Cressida’s background spans more than two decades in financial services, where she held several senior leadership roles within Operations and the Chief Operating Office. Most notably, she served as Group Chief Administration Officer for HSBC Bank PLC, overseeing complex, global teams of more than 3,000 employees within Banking and Markets Operations and Client Onboarding.
At Goldcrest Partners, Cressida provides executive coaching to Executive Committee members and those aspiring to these roles, supporting them as they step into new responsibilities, navigate transitions and develop the communication skills needed to operate at board level. Her work consistently focuses on helping leaders build confidence – whether with teams, clients or stakeholders.

Doug O’Gorman is a trusted leadership advisor and executive coach who blends psychological insight with commercial acumen and leadership expertise. He works with senior leaders to unlock potential in pressurised environments by helping to strengthen self-awareness, focus and momentum.
Doug brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership advisory, with a strong track record in executive committee assessment, executive coaching and team development. His career includes senior roles in consulting, most notably as Director and Head of Coaching at YSC Consulting. There, he led global client partnerships across financial services, delivering high-impact leadership solutions in the UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and North America.
At Goldcrest Partners, Doug plays a key role in our Senior Talent Development programmes as well as working with teams to optimise effectiveness. He also delivers tailored one-to-one coaching for executive committee members, supporting growth, resilience and performance at the highest levels. Doug is also a part of our profiling and assessment activities in firmwide succession planning, individual selection and promotion to senior roles, with a specialism in SMCR appointments.

Eilish Jamieson is an experienced executive coach and board advisor who brings deep industry knowledge, strategic insight and a strong track record of leadership development to her work with senior leaders.
Prior to qualifying as an executive coach, Eilish spent most of her career at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director and Head of Audit and was responsible for leading strategic initiatives around change and transformation, culture, governance and diversity. She helped design the firm’s diversity programmes for early female talent and delivered the global audit leadership development programmes. Her career began with KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working within their financial services practice across the UK and Australia.

As well as being a qualified executive coach and Chartered Accountant, Eilish is a Non-Executive Director at the British Business Bank, an Ambassador for Women on Boards UK and a guest lecturer on diversity and inclusion at leading UK business schools.
Ian Mair is an accomplished executive coach and strategic advisor with a unique blend of commercial, financial and academic expertise.
Ian began his career in medical sciences, earning a doctorate before transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry. He later trained as a management accountant and built an extensive leadership career across the retail, property and pharmaceutical sectors. As Finance Director at Tesco, he led teams across Asia, including a major business transformation in China. He went on to hold senior roles including COO, Group Services Director and MD at one of the world’s largest private landowners, with a focus on driving innovation and operational change.
At Goldcrest Partners, Ian delivers one-to-one senior executive coaching to C-suite members and provides CEO advisory. He also leads modules within our Senior Talent Development programmes – both in-house and open enrolment – to enable high-potential talent on the succession path. He brings particular expertise in strategy, team effectiveness and innovation, informed by executive study at MIT on AI and the future of leadership.

Jason Collins is an executive coach with a strong understanding of leadership in financial services, built over a 20-year career in investment management.
Jason spent 19 years at Wellington Management in a range of leadership roles across client services, trading and talent development. In the latter part of his career, Jason focused on leadership and talent development where he designed and delivered in-house coaching initiatives, facilitated workshops and supported high-potential leaders.

Jo Herrington is a seasoned leadership development specialist with over two decades of experience designing and delivering impactful talent and learning strategies. She brings a pragmatic, business-aligned approach to developing leaders.
Jo began her career at Jupiter Asset Management in 2001 and has since held senior HR and L&D roles at DBM (now LHH), Brit Insurance, Chaucer and Janus Henderson Investors, where she was Global Head of Talent Development. Her work has spanned executive and board development, succession planning and career management – always with a focus on aligning learning to strategic and cultural goals.

Julia Casson is an executive coach and former investment professional who brings a unique blend of strategic insight, industry knowledge and deep coaching expertise to her work with clients.
Julia has spent over two decades in asset management, with her career spanning business management, investment strategy, risk and operations, culminating in executive positions including Chief of Staff and Chief Risk Officer. Having been a member of senior leadership teams in firms undergoing significant strategic and organisational transformation, Julia has direct experience of how to implement change whilst maintaining a business’s unique culture.

Kasia Lloyd-Brown
Business and Programme Manager
Kasia Lloyd-Brown is an accomplished operations and programme manager with a strong track record of delivering high-quality learning and leadership development experiences. She plays a central role at Goldcrest Partners, ensuring every client engagement runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
Kasia has spent over two decades in senior roles across the leadership and professional development sector. At Kaplan, she was part of the senior team that launched Kaplan’s first B2B digital learning platform, combining coaching, content and assessment. As Operations Director, she oversaw multi-million-pound client programmes across the UK and US. More recently, she was part of the Leadership Advisory team at a small consultancy and helped build the leadership development, coaching and assessment service lines, managing large-scale programmes for global financial services clients.
At Goldcrest Partners, Kasia manages the operations and programme delivery function. She is responsible for the coordination and execution of our programmes, from executive coaching to long-term leadership development journeys.
Kasia is known for her calm efficiency, attention to detail and deep commitment to client service. She combines expert foresight with operational precision, creating a smooth experience for clients and participants alike.
She holds an MA in English from the University of Łódź in Poland and is a fluent Polish and English speaker.
Martin Oakley is a qualified coach and seasoned leadership advisor who draws on a thirty-year global career in financial services to support senior leaders unlock their full potential.
Martin spent the majority of his career working outside of the UK or in global leadership roles, so he has a unique insight into the challenges of cross-cultural leadership in complex, multinational organisations. His leadership journey includes building a successful Asian Prime Brokerage business from the ground up and serving as Chief Operating Officer for a global investment bank, where he led complicated organisational change and transformation.

Richard Hill is a seasoned leadership development expert known for his work which combines leadership philosophy and organisational culture. He brings a distinctive blend of academic rigour and practical experience to help leaders drive meaningful, lasting impact.
With close to 20 years’ experience across corporate, public and non-profit sectors, Richard has designed and delivered leadership programmes for global banks, pharmaceutical firms, UN institutions and government bodies. He was formerly Director of Leadership Development at the Møller Institute, Churchill College, University of Cambridge, where he shaped the institute’s educational vision. He also co-founded the Centre for Compliance & Trust at Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education and was the founder of Realize, a non-profit improving outcomes for people with disabilities in Central America.
At Goldcrest Partners, Richard contributes to our Senior Talent Development programmes, with a particular focus on leadership philosophy. He works with high potential talent to explore purpose, trust and cultural context as key levers for effective leadership.
Richard is known for his thoughtful and energising style. He helps leaders make sense of complexity and reconnect with what matters most, creating the space for bold thinking and grounded change.
Richard is a graduate of King’s College London and has written extensively online and in print about leadership issues, and was editor of Inspire, the biyearly applied leadership magazine. He is currently leading the Quality of Leadership research project based in the Møller Institute.
Roderic is an accredited executive coach with a specialist focus on enabling effective leadership and high performance for senior leaders and their teams.
Prior to joining Goldcrest Partners, Roderic was a Royal Marines Officer. Upon leaving the military, he led consulting projects for global clients in the energy and commodities markets, before working with senior leaders and executive teams across the financial services sector where he supports the drive for strategic alignment, team performance and the achievement of organisational mission.
At Goldcrest Partners, Roderic supports wealth managers and private equity firms to develop their senior leadership and high-potential talent. He delivers one-to-one executive coaching engagements and is also a key contributor to our Senior Talent Development programmes and workshops, whether in-house or open-enrolment. His work often focuses on helping teams perform at their best, equipping them with the mindset needed to succeed.

He fosters accountability and builds confidence, while encouraging individuals and teams to lead with greater self-awareness and resilience.
Roderic holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching earned through the Barefoot Programme and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He has delivered a TEDx talk on adaptive leadership in Afghanistan and is co-author of The Balanced Leader, published in 2021.
Richard Wilmot
Founder and Managing Partner
Richard Wilmot is the co-founder and managing partner of Goldcrest Partners, a leadership advisor, executive coach and expert in the fields of investor and C-suite development.
Richard trained as an accountant at PwC before joining Newton Investment Management, where he led the UK equity team and managed flagship growth equity portfolios. During his investment career, he regularly engaged with CEOs and CFOs of public companies, honing his insight into leadership at the highest level. He has also held a broad range of senior leadership roles himself and developed a strong understanding of the part decision-making, strategy and resilience play in success.
At Goldcrest, Richard works across the business, with a particular focus on our Investor Development practice, helping clients improve thinking skills, teamwork, leadership, communication and resilience. He also contributes to our C-Suite Development practice, providing CEO advisory services, executive committee offsite facilitation and senior executive coaching to C-suite members.
Clients appreciate Richard’s direct, yet empathetic approach, combining sharp commercial realism with a collaborative style that encourages reflection and growth. His background as a portfolio manager brings an incisive and strategic perspective to his work, enabling clients to adjust their views and find fresh ways forward.

Sue Colton is a business psychologist with deep expertise in executive assessment and leadership development.
Sue began her career at NatWest Group working in senior HR roles. She then moved to KPMG, where she worked as an Executive Management Consultant advising blue-chip financial services clients using her business psychology expertise. Her projects ranged from designing capability review programmes and competency frameworks to leading performance management initiatives. Internally, she was responsible for implementing KPMG’s assessment centre process for the Associate Academy, embedding rigour into early leadership selection.
Sue plays a central role at Goldcrest Partners, using behavioural insight and profiling to support C-suite selection, promotion and succession planning. Through her assessment work, she provides in-depth evaluations of senior leaders using a wide range of psychometric instruments. Her assessments support decision-making around senior appointments and leadership development within highly regulated environments.

Tim McEwan
Founder and Managing Partner
Tim McEwan is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Goldcrest Partners and a recognised expert in leadership, culture and teams.
Tim began his career in the British Army and later became a Leadership Instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. After leaving the military, Tim held senior leadership roles including Global Head of Leadership and Learning at Henderson Global Investors.
At Goldcrest, Tim works across the business with a strong focus on C-suite development. He facilitates executive committee offsites, provides CEO advisory services and one-to-one executive coaching to C-suite members. In addition, Tim contributes to our open enrolment and in-house Senior Talent Development programmes for those on the succession pathway. His key areas of expertise include enhancing communication for leaders & teams and helping them to embed stronger company culture.
