The process incorporated best in class psychometric surveys and the relevant proprietary competency frameworks that Goldcrest Partners’ have specifically designed for the most senior roles in the financial services industry. The evaluations were shared with the CEO of the hiring firm in both written reports and a feedback meeting, highlighting strengths and ‘watchouts’ for all candidates.
